1. NO “CHANGE OF MIND” RETURNS
Due to the nature of international proxy purchasing and high international shipping fees, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for “change of mind”, personal preference, or non-quality-related reasons once an order has been processed or shipped.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED ITEMS
We only issue refunds or replacements for items that arrive defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong product.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund under these conditions:

You must contact us within [7] days of order delivery.

The item must be strictly unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original Japanese paper hangtags, fabric tags, and original packaging must remain intact and unremoved. If the paper tag has been removed, cut, or lost, the item is strictly non-refundable.

3. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT
To prevent fraudulent claims and ensure smooth customer support, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is strictly required for all defect, damage, or missing item claims.

The video must clearly show the unopened package and shipping label before opening.

The video must show the complete unpacking process and clearly highlight the defect or damaged area in detail without any cuts or editing.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will be rejected.

4. NON-DEFECTIVE VARIANCES (NON-REFUNDABLE)
Please note that the following circumstances are inherent to plush products and international shipping, and do not qualify as product defects:

Minor asymmetry in plush faces, eyes, ears, or embroidery.

Small loose threads that can be trimmed.

Minor creases, bends, or damage to paper tags or plastic outer bags caused during transit.

Color variations caused by monitor settings or studio lighting.

5. CUSTOMS DELAYS & REFUSED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us or abandoned due to customer refusal to pay destination customs taxes/duties, incorrect shipping address, or failure to collect the package from the carrier, no refund will be issued.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
